Coaching and mentoring 3 direct reports and indirectly overseeing teams of Chef Managers, Hotel Services Team Leaders, and other Hotel Services staff members across a national portfolio.

Ensuring compliance

Understanding changes within the Aged Care standards and taking Infinite Care well beyond the minimum standards set by the regulator.

Budget accountability

Being accountable for an operating and capital budget of approximately $15M across food costs, hotel services equipment, and supplies.

Extensive experience in hospitality management, ideally in aged care.
