You'll be responsible for

Owning renewals and reducing churn
Manage end-to-end renewal processes for your book of accounts with accuracy and consistency, running proactive outreach and usage reviews to identify at-risk customers before they churn.📈
Driving product adoption and customer health
Conduct regular check-ins and usage reviews to ensure customers are using what they've paid for, helping them improve their workflows through straightforward guidance and best practices.📅
Maintaining structure and discipline
Follow established playbooks, cadences, and process workflows while keeping accurate records and managing administrative tasks effectively.Key criteria
