Heidi is on a mission to revolutionise healthcare by building an AI Care Partner that works alongside clinicians to ensure care remains continuous and deeply human. As a GTM Engineer, you will be the technical backbone of the local go-to-market organisation, playing a vital role in optimising operations and ensuring that the global GTM engine runs smoothly at a regional level. The team thrives on collaboration, innovation, and a shared commitment to making a positive impact on healthcare professionals and patients alike.

You'll be responsible for

Building and maintaining CRM workflows

You will build and maintain CRM workflows, automations, and data structures in alignment with global RevOps standards.
🤝

Supporting SDRs and AEs

Support Sales Development Representatives and Account Executives with list uploads, segmentation, data preparation, and prospecting workflows tailored to regional requirements.

Monitoring system performance

Monitor system performance, ensuring workflows, automations, enrichment feeds, and AI processes run reliably.

Strong experience with HubSpot workflows, properties, and pipelines.
