Responsible for all talent management and staffing functions across the firm's existing locations in Hong Kong and Sydney

Maintaining counterparty roster

Oversight of the firm’s extensive multi-asset class counterparty roster and technology relationships

Collaborating with regional desks

Collaborate with other regional trading desks in EMEA and the Americas to accomplish global strategic initiatives

10+ years in capital markets

Proven experience across multiple asset classes in execution trading.
