You'll be responsible for

Leading fundraising strategy
Owning Airtree's fundraising strategy across future fund vintages, setting targets, sequencing, and positioning.🔗
Managing senior LP relationships
Being the primary relationship holder for Airtree's most important existing and prospective LPs, building trust and deepening engagement.🤝
Collaborating with investment team
