Defining and leading the EMR people change, adoption, and experience strategy in full alignment with program delivery timelines and broader transformation objectives.🗺️

Building and delivering a multi-year EMR People Experience and Adoption Roadmap that balances immediate clinical needs with long-term change and digital maturity across the organisation.💻
Driving digital-first culture
Driving the shift to a 'Digital-First' clinical culture by embedding new ways of working and ensuring clinicians and staff are confident and genuinely engaged.Key criteria

10+ years in change leadership
Proven experience in senior change and transformation roles.View
