You'll be responsible for

Transforming learning delivery
Redesign and rebuild the Learning Management System (LMS) to create structured, scalable learning journeys and a seamless experience across onboarding, product education, and internal enablement.🎓
Delivering hands-on training
Provide practical training across platform, CRM, and payments while supporting onboarding and customer-facing teams in complex scenarios.🤖
Driving AI innovation in learning
Explore and implement AI tools for learning, introducing personalized and scalable experiences while challenging traditional training models.Key criteria

Experience in training and enablement
Demonstrated experience in training, enablement, or onboarding within SaaS or tech.View
