You'll be responsible for

Leading operational L&D services
Overseeing comprehensive learning and development services across the organisation, managing compliance training portfolios and leadership development programs.🔄
Restoring L&D functionality
Leading the restoration of L&D functionality within Dayforce, working with HRIS, IT, and vendors to identify gaps and establish sustainable processes.🌟
Supporting strategic initiatives
Contributing to key organisational priorities, including culture projects and DEI initiatives, to enhance the employee experience.What we're looking for
📚
5-7 years in learning and development
Experience in L&D across multiple business units is essential.View
🛠️
HRIS/LMS implementation experience
Proven expertise in system restoration and optimisation, especially Dayforce.View

Team leadership experience
Experience managing small teams with a focus on capability building.View
