The Head of Onboarding, New Business leads the dedicated Funds Services Onboarding team within Corporate Trustee Services. This job is all about guiding asset managers through the establishment of retail and wholesale funds in Australia, ensuring a smooth and compliant onboarding process. Join a high-performing, collaborative team that values process improvement and strong market relationships.

You'll be responsible for

Leading onboarding processes

Lead and manage the negotiation of scheme/trust legal and contractual documentation while overseeing consistent fund establishment processes across all new retail and wholesale funds.

Managing stakeholders

Manage key internal and external stakeholders across the onboarding process, including lawyers, investment managers, service providers, and clients.

Driving project timelines

Drive project timelines, maintain onboarding step plans, and ensure timely delivery of fund establishment processes.
