Coordinating and supervising operations
Coordinate and supervise all regional home healthcare operations, taking ownership of road safety standards, including driver training, coaching, and In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) management.🔗
Ensuring continuity of care & supply
Ensure the uninterrupted supply of sleep products to CPAP clinics and medical gases and equipment to our patients, nursing homes, and clinical partners, fulfilling all contract service delivery obligations.🌱
Recruiting and developing teams
Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a diverse team of direct reports and regional agents, aligning their daily objectives with our strategic KPIs and development frameworks.Key criteria
