You'll be responsible for

Coordinating and supervising operations

Coordinate and supervise all regional home healthcare operations, taking ownership of road safety standards, including driver training, coaching, and In-Vehicle Monitoring System (IVMS) management.

Ensuring continuity of care & supply

Ensure the uninterrupted supply of sleep products to CPAP clinics and medical gases and equipment to our patients, nursing homes, and clinical partners, fulfilling all contract service delivery obligations.

Recruiting and developing teams

Recruit, onboard, coach, and manage a diverse team of direct reports and regional agents, aligning their daily objectives with our strategic KPIs and development frameworks.
