The House Manager Intensive Therapeutic Care (ITC) is a vital job focused on delivering high-quality therapeutic care for vulnerable young people. Collaboration with various specialists ensures that young individuals receive the support they need to heal and thrive.

You'll be responsible for

Delivering therapeutic care

Providing high quality therapeutic care that promotes the emotional, social, and behavioural needs of vulnerable young people.
👥

Leading the team

Supervising, supporting, and developing the ITC Therapeutic Youth Work team to ensure effective care delivery.
🤝

Collaborating with specialists

Working closely with the Therapeutic Specialist, Caseworker, Coordinator, and other staff to assist young people in healing from trauma.

Key criteria

🎓

Bachelor's degree qualification

Tertiary qualification in social work or relevant field.
