Managing leave and relief arrangements for both teaching and non-teaching staff to ensure adequate coverage in response to staff absences and operational requirements.📋
Providing HR advice
Offering clear and accurate human resource advice and information to staff, ensuring policies, procedures, and best practices are consistently applied.🔍
Overseeing pre-employment requirements
Managing Working with Children Checks and Criminal Screening processes to ensure compliance before employment.Key criteria
