You'll be responsible for

Leading Learning and Development initiatives

Overseeing the organisation and facilitation of all training within the hotel.

Collaborating with HR team

Working with the wider HR team and Quality Managers to track online training completion and compliance.
🛠️

Supporting HR functions

Assisting with Recruitment, Payroll, Employee Relations, and general HR functions as required.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in HR or related field

Possession of a relevant degree enhances HR expertise.
