You'll be responsible for

Acting as the 2IC to the Employee Support Manager, providing leadership support across the Employee Support function.

Providing HR guidance

Providing guidance and support to employees and managers on HR policies, processes, systems and employee lifecycle matters.

Managing employee enquiries

Managing and resolving moderately complex employee and manager enquiries with sound judgement and a solutions-focused approach.

Key criteria

📅

2+ years HR experience

Demonstrated experience in HR Coordinator or Advisor roles.

Strong grasp of HR processes from onboarding to termination.
