Assist in coordinating team activities to meet performance targets and lead larger short-term site-based projects.

Monitoring and coaching

Monitor and coach team members for safety and quality, ensuring all service documentation is accurate and entered on time.

Diesel or Mobile Plant Mechanic trade qualifications

Relevant qualifications that demonstrate expertise in diesel or mobile plant mechanics.

Supervisory experience
