You'll be responsible for

👨‍🍳

Supervising fine dining operations

Overseeing staff allocation, service delivery, and troubleshooting to ensure exceptional dining experiences.
🍴

Coordinating restaurant setup

Managing the setup and pack down of the restaurant to ensure exceptional presentation and smooth operations.
🤝

Collaborating with internal service areas

Working with Security and Property Services to deliver seamless dining experiences during events.

Skills you'll need

🍽️

Fine dining experience

Proven experience in fine dining or high-end hospitality supervision, showcasing your ability to deliver exceptional service.

Leadership skills

Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to motivate and guide a team in a fast-paced environment.

Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail to ensure smooth operations and high-quality service.
