You'll be responsible for

Offering cultural wellbeing support and mentoring to Indigenous employees, facilitating their onboarding and career development.

Fostering community relationships

Building and strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders to support collaboration and engagement.

Supporting cultural initiatives

Promoting community-based initiatives aligned with the Indigenous Employment and Retention Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan.
