You'll be responsible for

Providing cultural wellbeing support and mentoring to Indigenous employees, facilitating onboarding and career development opportunities.

Community Liaison

Fostering and strengthening relationships with Indigenous communities and stakeholders, identifying collaboration opportunities.
🤲

Supporting cultural initiatives

Supporting and promoting community-based initiatives aligned with the Indigenous Employment and Retention Strategy and Reconciliation Action Plan.
