You'll be responsible for

Providing technical coaching and mentoring

Offering side-by-side support to team members in injury management and strategy, enhancing their skills and confidence.

Reviewing claim files

Analyzing claim files and providing subject matter expertise to claims advisors, ensuring informed decision-making.

Building external relationships

Establishing connections with top treatment and service providers to assist injured individuals in achieving their recovery goals.

Allied health degree

Possession of a degree in an allied health discipline.
