As an Intake and Crisis Support Worker, you will have the opportunity to provide high-quality assessment and crisis intervention to individuals experiencing homelessness or at risk of homelessness across Victoria. You'll be responsible for

Providing quality assessments

Identifying client needs, risks, and vulnerabilities while delivering short-term or interim support.

Delivering crisis intervention

Implementing safety planning and emergency relief to address immediate risks.

Connecting clients to supports

Facilitating referrals to emergency services, allied services, and community programs.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualification in relevant field

Minimum Diploma in Social Work, Welfare, or Community Development.
