Managing and coordinating the intakes of all clients, matching Mylestones Staff to achieve appropriate outcomes for individual clients in Open Employment.🤝
Building partnerships
Networking and building partnerships with schools and disability providers to bring in participants and assist them with employment opportunities.📈
Achieving performance indicators
Achieving documented key performance indicators and providing regular feedback regarding intake targets to the ESA Manager and other staff members.Key criteria
