You'll be responsible for

Setting up the Gold Coast Homeless Hub

Daily setup of the drop-in service and follow-up of any after-hours enquiries via phone, email, or third parties.

Managing client enquiries

Responding to all enquiries by phone, email, walk-in, and third parties, including the QLD Homeless Information Platform (QHIP).

Conducting intake assessments

Undertaking screening, triage, and risk assessment processes with clients seeking housing and homelessness responses.

Key criteria

Cert. IV in human services or related field

Possession of relevant qualification to support client needs.

Valid licence required for client transport and service access.
