You'll be responsible for

Delivering first and second level support for IT systems, software, hardware and networking issues.

Managing incidents

Logging, prioritising and resolving incidents and service requests via ServiceNow.

Configuring devices

Configuring and installing PCs, mobile devices, software and peripheral equipment.

Key criteria

Relevant IT certification or degree

Possession of a tertiary IT qualification or diploma is essential.

12+ months IT support experience

Demonstrated experience in an IT support role is required.
