Answering support calls

Answer incoming calls and monitor support queues for the IT helpdesk.

Troubleshooting support requests

Triage support requests, troubleshoot and provide first/second level support.

Logging tickets

Log, update and close tickets in the IT helpdesk system (Zendesk).

IT helpdesk experience

Minimum of 1 year in an IT helpdesk environment.
