About the job

The IT Support Officer plays a crucial role in providing day-to-day technical support to staff and students at the Jane Street campus. This position ensures reliable delivery of IT services and contributes to an excellent user experience across classrooms, offices, and meeting spaces. Working closely with the IT Team Leader, the team fosters a collaborative environment that values empathy, communication, and support.

You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support

Delivering technical support for staff, students, and visitors, ensuring a seamless user experience.
🏗️

Maintaining technology infrastructure

Assisting in maintaining campus technology infrastructure and ensuring accurate asset tracking.
📚

Documenting incidents and resolutions

Recording all incidents and resolutions in the service desk system and maintaining local documentation.

Key criteria

💻

IT support experience

1–2 years of experience in IT support or service desk.

Familiarity with Google Workspace, Apple Mac, Windows, and Active Directory.
