You'll be responsible for

Providing technical support
Delivering 2nd line onsite technical support to enterprise users of desktops, laptops, and mobile devices.🔧
Troubleshooting issues
Identifying and resolving hardware and software related issues for end users, ensuring smooth operations.📞
Managing tickets
Coordinating and communicating with the central helpdesk team while managing tickets using the company’s IT ticketing tool.What we're looking for
