You'll be responsible for

🛠️

Providing support for Microsoft products

Provide support for Microsoft products, including MECM, Intune, Azure, and O365. Perform system administration activities and deliver reliable services to meet customer service levels.

Contributing to projects

Contribute to projects such as customer onboarding, architecture solutions and research into emerging technologies.
👩‍🏫

Mentoring junior staff

Mentor junior staff, identify risks, and contribute to improvement initiatives.

Skills you'll need

💻

MECM

Proficiency in MECM, including OS deployment, application packaging and software updates.
🔑

Active Directory

Experience in Active Directory (Group Policy Management), Windows 11 and Azure Virtual Desktops.

PowerShell scripting

Strong PowerShell scripting skills for policy deployment, app packaging, and reporting.
