You'll be responsible for

Investigating and diagnosing major incidents while providing regular updates to the Major Incident Manager and Incident Coordinators.

Collaborating with SMEs

Working with Application, Infrastructure, and Network Subject Matter Experts to assist in issue diagnosis and resolution.

Driving continuous improvements

Identifying root causes and implementing permanent corrective actions to enhance IT service availability.

5+ years of IT experience

Demonstrated experience in IT, ideally within telecommunications.
