Allocating and maintaining IT equipment while managing multiple customer requests simultaneously.

Troubleshooting equipment

Troubleshooting IT related equipment, such as PCs, wireless handheld devices, thin clients, printers and other end user devices.

1+ years of experience in corporate IT support environments.
