You'll be responsible for

Taking ownership of IT request tickets through the entire lifecycle while updating relevant teams.

Providing hands-on support

Offering hands-on support to staff at the West End support office.

Acting as an escalation point

Serving as an escalation point for Level 1 and 2 support issues.
