You'll be responsible for

Assisting in CRO programs

Assist in designing, executing, and managing CRO programs end-to-end, including A/B and multivariate testing, user journey analysis, and funnel optimisation.

Leading CX initiatives

Help lead and deliver CX improvement initiatives, ensuring seamless and engaging customer experiences across digital touchpoints.

Conducting research

Conduct and analyse qualitative and quantitative research, including usability testing, surveys, heatmaps, and data analytics, to inform actionable insights.
