Engaging with individuals and families through face-to-face, telephone, and online interactions to offer support.

Delivering community education, training and engagement activities

Strengthening awareness and postvention capability across the sector through educational initiatives.

Building and maintaining effective partnerships with community agencies

Collaborating with local organizations and stakeholders to enhance support services.

Key criteria

🎓

Tertiary qualifications in relevant fields

Qualifications in Social Work, Psychology, or related disciplines.
