The Learning Trainer is a vital part of the team, responsible for coordinating, facilitating, and executing training programs across all process paths within the Fulfillment Center. This job plays a crucial role in ensuring consistent training delivery, maintaining quality standards, and providing guidance to Instructors and Associates. Collaboration with Operations and the Learning and Development team is key to driving training compliance and enhancing the onboarding experience for both new and tenured associates.
You'll be responsible for

Coordinating training activities
Engaging with Area Managers during Start of Shift meetings to align on training plans and ensuring equipment readiness for training sessions.🎓
Delivering training sessions
Preparing and delivering all training sessions as planned, while supervising Instructors and providing coaching to enhance their skills.✅
Managing training compliance
Maintaining accurate records of training activities and reviewing compliance metrics to ensure all training requirements are met.Key criteria
