You'll be responsible for

Supporting property portfolios

Support leasehold and freehold property portfolios and associated lease obligations, ensuring compliance and performance.

Ensuring data integrity

Ensure lease data integrity across property management databases and reporting systems, maintaining accuracy and reliability.

Reviewing lease documentation

Review and approve lease abstracts, lease obligations and lease documentation, safeguarding lease integrity.
