Managing billing and files
Handling end-of-month billing, opening and closing files, and managing file organization to support the legal team effectively.📞
Assisting with client inquiries
Answering phone calls and assisting with client inquiries, ensuring a high level of client service and communication.📊
Preparing presentations and documents
Creating PowerPoint presentations, structure diagrams, and amending legal documents to support the legal team’s needs.Key criteria

3+ years legal assistant experience
Demonstrated experience supporting legal professionals in a law firm setting.View

Proficiency in Microsoft Office
