Advising on regulatory responses
As a Legal Counsel, you will advise on regulatory responses on significant regulatory matters, contributing to legal analysis and advising on risk mitigation.⚖️
Supporting regulatory litigation
Work with the SLC on regulatory litigation where enforcement proceedings are commenced, including review of all court documentation and preparation for legal proceedings.🔧
Delivering effective service
Provide effective service delivery for significant regulatory responses through continuous improvement on planning, process design, communication and reporting.Key criteria

3+ years of relevant legal experience
Demonstrated experience in legal practice, particularly in regulatory matters.View

Tertiary qualifications in law
Excellent academic background and current practising certificate required.View
