Drafting and negotiating leases
Drafting and negotiating real property leases and licences across a diverse portfolio, including retail, commercial, and ground leases.🎉
Event licence negotiation
Drafting and negotiating event licences for a wide range of events—from small community initiatives to some of Sydney’s most iconic events, such as New Year’s Eve, Vivid, and the Sydney Royal Easter Show.💼
Providing legal advice
Providing advice on novel legal issues and matters of statutory interpretation.Key criteria
