Providing support for Civica Education Suite application products and helping customers resolve complex software issues.

Analysing and troubleshooting

Analysing and troubleshooting application problems, investigating data and system behaviours, and reviewing logs.

Collaborating with teams

Working closely with Level 3 Support, Product, Engineering, and Technical Operations teams to drive timely and effective resolution.
