About the job

The Library Platforms and Technology Officer plays a vital role in enhancing UOW Library services through technology and systems support. By ensuring systems are reliable and responsive, you will help create a seamless experience for staff, students, and researchers. Collaboration is key, as you will work closely with Library staff and IT colleagues to deliver innovative solutions that maximize the value of the Library’s technology environment.

Supporting library systems

Supporting the effective operation and ongoing improvement of library systems and digital platforms.

Data collection and reporting

Contributing to the collection, analysis and reporting of data from Library systems and applications.

User support

Assisting with troubleshooting, testing and user support for Library technology solutions.
