Embedding risk thinking into agile squads across Daily Banking, Digital, and Customer Interaction Tribes, ensuring compliance and strong risk culture.⚠️
Identifying operational risks
Identifying and assessing operational risks in product lifecycles, designing and implementing effective controls, and uplifting the risk control framework.📊
Leading risk assessments
Being the risk lead in projects and change initiatives, delivering risk assessments, stakeholder engagements, and ensuring safe delivery.What we're looking for

Proven experience in line 1 risk management
Minimum 3 years in risk management, ideally in retail banking.View
