You'll be responsible for

Undertaking maintenance activities
Perform general day-to-day maintenance activities to a high standard in accordance with Infinite standards, plans, and guidelines.👷♂️
Coordinating contractors
Oversee and coordinate any required contractors working on site when necessary, ensuring smooth operations.✅
Ensuring compliance
Ensure all emergency, preventative, and corrective maintenance is carried out in accordance with statutory and regulatory requirements.Key criteria

Property maintenance experience
