You'll be responsible for

Leading workforce planning

Lead the operation and ongoing refinement of the Department's Teacher Supply and Demand Model in Power BI, ensuring insights are accurate, timely, and accessible for statewide, regional, and school workforce planning.

Integrating data

Integrate demographic, enrolment, and workforce data into clear planning outputs, applying risk assessment and sensitivity analysis to support long-term workforce strategies.
🏗️

Building capability

Build capability across regional HR teams to interpret and apply workforce forecasts, supporting the consistent adoption of workforce planning practices.

Skills you'll need

📊

Workforce planning

In-depth experience in workforce planning, workforce analytics, or a related strategic HR or planning field.

Analytical skills

High-level analytical skills, including risk assessment, scenario modelling, and interpreting trends to support long-term workforce decisions.

Communication skills

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present complex data in clear and practical ways for non-technical audiences.
