You'll be responsible for

Managing inquiries

Managing phone and email inquiries to the clinic in a professional manner, ensuring all clients feel valued and heard.

Scheduling appointments

Managing the scheduling system, including booking and confirming appointments to ensure smooth clinic operations.

Maintaining client records

Providing initial information and developing and maintaining client records from customer inquiries to ensure accurate documentation.

Key criteria

📞

Reception and office administration experience

Minimum 2 years in reception or office administration.
