You'll be responsible for

🎓

Coordinating education and onboarding

Supporting the delivery of clinical services across the hospital and liaising with key stakeholders at NBH, NSW Health and Healthscope.
📅

Creating and administering JMO rosters

Ensuring that rosters are equitable, cost-effective, and adhere to safe working hours as per the JMO awards.

Providing administrative support

Preparing reports, newsletters, correspondence, meeting papers and audits as required.

Strong interpersonal skills

Ability to collaborate effectively with the Medical Workforce Unit Manager and team members.

Attention to detail

Proven ability to manage workload in a high volume environment with competing priorities, requiring high level analytical skills.

Proficiency in MS Office applications

Demonstrated proficiency in the use of Internet, e-mail technology and MS Office applications.
