You'll be responsible for

Leading workforce planning

Lead workforce planning and rostering across multiple services, ensuring compliance with ratios, awards, and legislative requirements.

Managing casual educator pool

Establish, recruit, and manage a high-quality casual educator pool to support service continuity.

Coordinating staffing needs

Coordinate casual and agency staffing to meet service needs while reducing agency reliance.

Workforce planning experience

Experience in workforce planning, rostering, or workforce coordination, ideally in education, healthcare, or community services.
