You'll be responsible for

Welcoming new members

Greet and assist newly joined members to ensure their membership is set up correctly and they feel valued.

Retaining existing members

Contact members who are considering leaving and provide solutions to retain them within RT Health.

Providing exceptional service

Deliver a high level of professional customer service, addressing member inquiries and concerns effectively.

Demonstrated experience in a contact centre environment, ideally in health insurance.
