You'll be responsible for

Delivering professional, informative, and supportive service to members, employers, and stakeholders through the ServicePlus Centre.

Coordinating documentation

Working with colleagues to coordinate documentation and support member requests, ensuring a positive member experience.

Meeting targets

Helping meet individual and team quality, productivity, service, and lead generation targets while building specialist knowledge.
