Accenture is seeking an experienced Microsoft Teams Voice / SBC Consultant to join an existing project team. This job is all about leveraging advanced skills in Microsoft Teams to foster a collaborative and innovative environment. Your enthusiasm and fresh ideas will make a meaningful impact as you help clients accelerate their digital transformation through end-to-end solutions across cloud, data, AI, security, and modern workplace.

You'll be responsible for

Designing, implementing, and supporting Microsoft Teams Voice solutions

You will be responsible for creating solutions such as Direct Routing, Calling Plans, and Operator Connect to enhance communication capabilities.
🔧

Deploying and managing Ribbon SBCs

Your expertise will be crucial in deploying and managing Ribbon SBC 1000, 2000, and 8000 Series to ensure seamless voice communication.
🛠️

Performing troubleshooting for call quality issues

You will analyze and resolve call quality issues, understanding call flows, signaling (SIP), media issues, and QoS to maintain optimal performance.
