You'll be responsible for

Designing motion and interaction systems
Own and design engaging motion systems, micro-interactions, and complex animated components using principles of ease, timing, and accessibility.📐
Creating high-fidelity prototypes
Create high-fidelity, animated prototypes in Figma with advanced interactive flows and specifications for implementation using Framer Motion and CSS.📚
Maintaining design system governance
Maintain and contribute to the centralised Design System in Figma, including component libraries, design tokens, and comprehensive documentation for developer handover.What we're looking for

Web design experience (2-4 years)
