You'll be responsible for

Delivering personalised assistance
Deliver personalised face-to-face assistance to workers and employers over a defined period of time as agreed with the Case Manager.💬
Providing compensation advice
Provide workers compensation advice to stakeholders including workers, employers and providers.🏢
Conducting community visits
Conduct community visits inclusive of but not limited to work sites or medical clinics.Key criteria

Proven case management experience
Demonstrated ability to support workers' return to the workforce.View

Knowledge of NSW workers compensation legislation
Understanding of relevant laws and regulations for effective claims management.View
